Shandong Ludao: Reduce Paper Thermal Creep

Thermal creep refers to irreversible slow deformation of paper fiber structure under long-term medium-high temperature load, a unique defect for heat transfer paper, baking packaging paper and industrial high-temperature liner paper. When paper bears continuous pressure in a constant temperature environment above 60℃, internal fiber cross-linking bonds slowly relax and slip, generating invisible slow creep displacement. After leaving the high-temperature processing line, the paper cannot restore original flat dimensions, resulting in pattern distortion of thermal transfer prints, permanent indentation of baking cartons and dimensional deviation of industrial gaskets. Conventional high-temperature resistant agents only resist instantaneous thermal aging and cannot lock fiber structure against long-term thermal stress creep. Simply increasing paper gram weight raises raw material costs significantly, and still fails to solve slow structural slippage under sustained heat and pressure. This defect severely restricts the long-term dimensional accuracy of high-temperature processing special paper.

Shandong Ludao Energy Technology Co., Ltd. develops professional anti-thermal creep modification solutions. By strengthening thermal stable cross-linking bridges between fibers, we lock fiber relative positions under continuous thermal load, inhibit slow structural relaxation and creep displacement. The treated paper maintains stable size and flatness after prolonged high-temperature pressurization, avoids thermal transfer pattern distortion and carton permanent indentation, retains flexible processing performance, and meets the long-time high-temperature service requirements of thermal printing and food baking packaging paper.
