Drying Cylinder Stripping Agent

Product Description: 

The drying cylinder stripping agent is water-soluble cationic, with strong water solubility and stable emulsion. It is sprayed onto the surface of the dryer during the papermaking process on the paper machine. It can solve various problems in paper production such as sticking, paper powder dropping, and accumulation of adhesive substances on the back of the dryer scraper. It can give the paper fibers appropriate softness and smoothness, thereby reducing friction between the paper web and the dryer surface, imparting special brightness to the paper product. After using the release agent, a layer of oil film forms on the surface of the dryer, preventing adhesive substances from sticking to the dryer surface, reducing the generation of paper lint on the dryer, and thus preventing paper breaks caused by adhesive substances on the dryer.
