Shandong Ludao Energy Technology Co., Ltd. has three founders，Mr chen is the former general manager of a papermaking chemical plant,Mr shen is a chief engineer from a provincial-level papermaking research institute, and Mr zhang is the former deputy general manager of a paper mill.

Prior to the establishment of the company, each of the three founders had been deeply involved in their respective industries for twenty years. They discovered that there are three key factors to achieving optimal performance of papermaking chemicals on the paper machine.

Firstly, the quality of the chemicals needs to be excellent, which requires the selection of high-quality chemical raw materials and precise control of the production process through DCS systems.Secondly, the addition process and points of the chemicals need to be adjusted according to different types of paper, requiring experienced papermaking process engineers to optimize the process.Thirdly, when problems arise during on-site operation of the paper machine, there needs to be professional technical personnel available for on-site guidance.

Through years of collaboration, the three founders found their ideas aligned naturally. Drawing on their respective strengths, they jointly established Shandong Lu Dao Energy Technology Co., Ltd., dedicated to collaborating in these three aspects and providing paper mills with comprehensive solutions for papermaking chemicals.
