This product is aamphoteric polyacrylamide-based paper dry strength agent, mainly composed of copolymers of acrylamide and acrylic acid. Its mechanism of action is as follows: The paper dry strength agent, due to the introduction of a special cationic structure, forms a network-like polymer structure, thereby increasing the number of hydrogen bonds between fibers in the cross-linking area. The long-chain polymers in the paper dry strength agent can deform within the bonding area, increasing the toughness of the bonds. Through chemical action, it forms bridging capabilities to effectively interconnect fibers, thus improving the strength of the paper while achieving a certain retention and filtration effect, reducing the loss of fine fibers and lowering the white water concentration. Dry strength agents can be applied in the production of various packaging and cultural papers, significantly increasing the dry strength of paper and paperboard, improving the physical properties of paper, reducing the use of high-grade pulp, enhancing production efficiency, reducing costs, and increasing economic benefits.
